American-born Matt Kuchar has been as high as sixth in the official world golf rankings and has seven professional tour titles to his name since turning pro in 2000. Kuchar has made credible finishes in major championships, most notably a sixth-place finish at the U.S. Open in 2010. 2011 was a successful season for Kuchar, finishing in sixth-place in FedEx Cup points and earnings. Kuchar also secured a new tour record for most money earned in a season without a tournament win ($4,233,920).
