The first Asian-born player to win a major championship, Ye Yang is one of the most recognisable faces in the sport throughout Asia. Yang surpassed Asian compatriots, Lu Liang-Huan, Isao Aoki and Tze-Chung Chen by winning the 2009 PGA Championship, overcoming a two-shot deficit to beat Tiger Woods to the title. Ye Yang now has membership for both the European Tour and the US PGA Tour and has amassed 11 professional tournament victories since turning professional in 1996. Interestingly, Yang is a self-taught golfer and only took up the game full-time after mandatory service in the South Korean military. A brief snapshot of Ye Yang's 'what's in the bag?' shows he endorses TaylorMade drivers and irons as well as the revolutionary Odyssey White Hot 2-ball putter.
